Wi2Wi Augments Board of Directors

Communications Solutions Company Appoints Mr. Norman M. Steinberg

9th February 2007 – San Jose, California - Wi2Wi, a leading provider of OEM communications products for Tier 1 PC OEMs and wireless systems for PAN, WAN and LAN, announces the appointment of Mr. Norman M. Steinberg to the company’s Board of Directors and to the position of Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee.

Alongside his responsibilities as a member of the Wi2Wi Board of Directors,    Mr. Steinberg is Co-Chair of Ogilvy Renault, a full service business law firm where he has practiced Corporate and Commercial Law since 1976. In addition to conducting numerous Canadian and Canada/U.S. cross-border and international financings, Mr. Steinberg has also been involved in a number of high-profile mergers, acquisitions and privatization transactions. Mr. Steinberg has sat on various public, private and not for profit boards, including Montreal Symphony Orchestra and The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts Foundation.
